    Question

    Hi there!

Has anybody got any experiences in using the digital xtension F (it's the 5,25' frontpanel from the ews64xl) with the soundsystem DMX? Thanx for some tips.

I'm using the Microwave PC with the MX, so I think there should be no problem about that.
But I would prefer the original front module of the DMX over the EWS' digital extension, as it offers more possibilities.

    Regards, Philipp

    Hello,

normally it makes no sense to use the EWS64 digital extension F with the DMX 6fire. The original DMX front module offers more possibilities.

I think, Terratec has included this feature only for one reason:
Like this owners of the XXL front module (with the Micro-Wave) are able to use this synth with an uptodate PCI-soundcard.

    Regards
    Werner

    Exclamation

First of all thanx for your experiences and tips, but after all I didn`t mean the DMX 6fire or Xfire or whatever, just the Soundsystem DMX which comes with the digital extension R (optical and coaxial in/out on the back of the computer), also known as Advanced Audio Accelerator. I just wonder if it will work with the digital extension F, too.
    Thanx for replies!
